Abstract Guidelines

Abstract Submission guidelines:

1.Participants first need to pay the registration fees and then have to upload their abstract in the google form along with other information.

2.The original typescript and well formatted abstract should be uploaded as a comprehensive MS Word file, with 2.5 cm margins.The text should be in 1.5 line spacing in ‘Times New Roman’ font with font size of 12. The word limit should be not more than 300 words.

3.Abstract should include Title, Full Names and Affiliation of authors and the e-mail ID of the presenting/corresponding author. The name of the presenting author should be underlined and the name of the corresponding author should bear a star ‘*’.

4.Abstract should not include any figure, graph, table in the text. Abstract should include 4-5 keywords. References, if required, not more than three in number and they should be added at the end of abstract text, only in APA format.

5.The abstracts will be evaluated by a scientific committee for the mode of presentation (oral/poster). In case of more entries and quality of the abstract, your mode of presentation may be changed by the committee.

6. Abstracts having plagiarism will be rejected and the participant will be barred from the conference. 

7.It is mandatory to submit the abstract for academicians and research scholars. Last date for abstract submission is 10th September, 2024. A softcopy of e-proceeding book with ISSN Number will be provided to registered participants.

 

Guidelines for Participants:

Oral Paper Presentation: You are required to prepare PowerPoint presentation mentioning research background, methodology and results/significant outcome. Maximum 5 slides are allowed and maximum 5 minutes will be provided to present your findings.

Poster Presentation: You are required to prepare one poster (standard size 3 feet by 4 feet), containing graphical abstract and significant finding.

Best Paper Presentation Award
The oral and poster presentations will be evaluated by experts for the scientific content, slides preparation, presentation skills and discussion, scientific merit, novelty of work, explanation and relevance of results.The oral and poster awards will be announced and presented in the closing session of the conference.
